A 50% deposit is required to reserve class or workshop space. The balance must be paid by the first class or the time of the workshop.
Refunds and cancellations: If you must cancel a class or workshop, every effort will be made to fill your space. If we can fill the space, we will return your registration, less a $30 processing fee. No refunds will be made for any cancellations made less than 2 weeks prior to the class or workshop. *If, for any reason, the staff or management of TERRA INCOGNITO must reschedule a class, every attempt will be made to schedule make-up classes, at the convenience of the majority of the students. Classes missed as a result of scheduling conflicts or absences of the student, for any reason, are not the responsibility of TERRA INCOGNITO. In most cases, missed classes can be made up during another scheduled class.
